From My Counter to Yours | Pickled Peppers & Onions

If these pickled peppers are good enough fo Peter Piper, I'm sure you'll love them too!

  • Sliced Red Onion
  • Sliced Jalapenos
  • 2 C White Vinegar
  • 2 T Sugar
  • 2 Limes (juiced)
  • 1 TSP Salt

Add onion and peppers to a jar. Boil remaining ingredients until sugar dissolves. Pour hot liquid over onions and peppers. Seal and refrigerate for 24 hours.

Tip: You be the judge of onion to pepper ratio! My family loves a 50/50 split.
