However, that is NOT the best way to go about it.
If you are going to use a lender and finance the home you buy, you need to meet with them first! Think of them as part of your team. They are the ones that tell you what your budget is, what type of loan program you qualify for, and even what you can do to qualify for more money or get a better interest rate!
