For buyers, our goal for this appointment is to walk you through the home buying process, get to know each other a little better, refer you to a lender (if you don’t already have one you are working with), and answer ANY questions you have! NOW is a GREAT time to do this. If you don’t want to buy right now, this meeting is still recommended. It is a great opportunity to have you prepared for when you're ready to “make the move”.
For sellers, this is a great opportunity to get to know each other and "interview for the job", so to speak. We like to know what your goals are...Are you selling to buy something else? Are you moving out of state? Will you need some time after the close of escrow to move? These are just examples of things we like to know. If you are hiring a Realtor to be on your team, they should know what your goals are to help you achieve them! Before we give you the Market Valuation of your home, we like to physically see it. There may be things like improvements or surroundings that affect the value of your home. Viewing the home in person, gives us an opportunity to give you an accurate value of your home in today's market. If you do not want to sell right now, it is still a GREAT time to schedule a consultation! We will keep you in our database and send updated market stats quarterly to keep you informed on the value of your home.
