As a buyer, you have a lot of decisions to make. You may worry about spending money on a home that you haven't even bought yet. But, it can save you a LOT more money and headache in the long run!

This home is an INVESTMENT! Treat it that way. You ever hear the phrase "You have to spend money to make money"? This is the reason why. In order to feel confident and comfortable with your investment decision, you make sure to inspect it.

When pawn shops want to make sure something of value is worth what the seller says it is, they'll hire an appraiser or someone that specializes in the subject. They make sure the item is legit and in good condition. In the long run, it can save you a TON! So yes, you may spend $500 on a home inspection. That $500 could end up saving you THOUSANDS of dollars (hundreds of thousands, actually) from making a bad investment choice.

It is important to hire reputable inspectors. If you don't know of one, ask us. We can refer you to some great local businesses!
