Why You Should Stage Your Home to Sell + Staging Tips | Tip Tuesday

by Homes by Henson 03/30/2021

What do you think? Is staging worth it? In this video, we will explain why the answer is YES.

You've heard it before- first impressions are most important. A buyer is typically in a home for 15 minutes before they've decided whether they want to buy it or not. That doesn't give them much time to really process all of the features, attributes, and characteristics of a home. If a really big couch is the first thing they see when they come into the home, they might actually miss how spacious and inviting the home actually is.

When we stage, we are helping the buyers focus on the features that should be highlighted.
