What to Expect at a Seller Consultation? | Tip Tuesday

Today we will discuss what you can expect at a seller consultation. If you are wanting to know more about selling your home or are planning on selling your home in the near future, we will schedule an in-person visit to evaluate the home, answer your questions, discuss your goals etc. During this visit, we usually like to take photos of the home so we can refer back to them whenever we are filling out a report on the property. We will always ask permission first. We will also utilize this time to point out things you can do so the home will show better and also to get you the most amont of money for the least out of pocket. For example, we might recommend packing up non-essential items, depersonlizing the space, or any repairs that should be made so the home is up to code. Whenever you do the recommended minimal repairs, we will stage the home for you whether the home is occupied or unoccupied.
