Tips for Preparing to Sell Your Home: Lighting | Tip Tuesday

by Homes by Henson 12/01/2021

For this week's Tip Tuesday, we will discuss an important tip for sellers. One of the most important things to do is let the light in! Natural light is very appealing in a room so open up the drapes and turn on all the lights. This is especially important during the time change when it gets dark earlier. Often showings will be in the late afternoon due to potential buyers scheduling after work. This would include turning on the porch light. Stay tuned for our next Tip Tueday as we will have more tips for selling a home!
