Today we will be talking about: What is Relocation Service? This is a service that we provide for our clients. Say you are moving out of the area, for example if you live in California and are moving out of the area or to another state. As Real Estate agents, we belong to a lot of referal network groups and we have contacts all over the United States. Because of this, we will be able to connect you to a Realtor that has the same business model as we do and provides the same great service.
What's so great about this service, is it does not cost you anything! We will have an agreement with the agent that we refer you to, and they pay us. First, we find out where you will be relocating, we look at our referral network and we try to pick out at least 3 agents that would suit you. There's a lot of things that we look for. How long the person has been in business, how many transactions have they done, what do their online reviews look like, do they have a large presence on social media. We will interview these 3 agents and will try to find the perfect match for you.
Since the agent will be communicating with us, its almost like you have 2 agents working with you. The Homes By Henson team likes to stay involved in your transcation process so that you will have that comfort level of knowing that we are on your side.
