One of my favorite ways to eat watermelon! It wakes up your tastes buds with the tangy sweet combination!
Cube watermelon and put into individual bowls. Break apart the goat cheese into small pieces. Add goat cheese to the watermelon. Layer basil leaves on top of each other, roll up, then slice into ribbons. Top ribbon on watermelon and goat cheese. Drizzle balsamic vinegar over the top.
Tip: Use a good quality balsamic. The thicker, the better.
