Brazilian Coconut Cocktail
Always looking for the perfect summer cocktail! Think I found it!!
Made this cocktail over the weekend. It was AMAZING! So refreshing! So delicious! I felt like I was in Brazil, even though I was in the backyard. I hope you enjoy as much as I did!
- 1/2 Cup Sweentened Condensed Milk
- 1/2 Cup Coconut Milk
- 1/2 Cup Coconut Water
- 1/2 Cup White Rum
- Ice
- Garnish with Toasted Coconut
Blend all the ingredients together, minus the toasted coconut, for about 1 minute. Serves 4 small glasses or 2 large
Tip: You can garnish with fresh coconut and or a fresh pineapple slice. You can always add more rum if you like it stonger.
