I LOVE a good wedge salad! Crunchy, savory, tangy- all of my favorite flavors in a somewhat "healty" meal choice.
You'll never look at salads the same AGAIN!
Quarter lettuce to make 4 wedges. Place on plates or a pretty platter. Fry bacon, let cool, then crumble. Cut your veggies. Finish the wedges with all the toppings. Crack black pepper on top, to taste. Pour dressing on top. Serve immediately. If you are bringing to a party, serve dressing on side so the salad doesn't get soggy.

Tip: Make Homemade Ranch Dressing for the cherry on top! Combine 1/4 C Mayo, 1/4 C Yogurt or Sour Cream, and 1 TBLS each of Garlic Powder, Onion Powder, Dried Parsley, Dried Dill, Dijon Mustard, Salt, Apple Cider Vinegar. Finish with a pinch of Cayenne and 1/4 C of Milk or Heavy Cream. Let sit at LEAST 30 minutes before serving.
