From My Counter to Yours | Cauliflower Pizza Crust

It's all the rage right now. Make this for a healthier option to regular pizza, or just because it is so delisth!

  • 3 C Cauliflower, Riced
  • 1/4 C Shredded Mozzarella
  • 1/4 C Shredded Parmesan
  • 1 Egg
  • 1Tbls Herbs De Provence
  • Pinch of Salt n Pepper
  • Red Chili Flakes (Optional)

Preheat oven to 450. Use a food processor or cheese grater to get a finely riced head of cauliflower. Throw in large bowl and ,microwave for 5 min. Remove and let cool slightly, then put cauiflower in a terry/cheese cloth. Ring out any excess moisture so you have a ball of cauiflower "dough". Put back in bowl and add the rest of your ingredients. Grease parchment paper and pour cauli-crust mixture on it. Push out to form a circular pizza crust. Put parchment paper on pan and bake for 10-20 min, until golden brown. Remove from oven and add your desired pizza toppings. Bake for another 5-10 min. Let cool for 2 min then ENJOY!

Tip: Invest in a pizza stone! Preheat them in the ovenat 450 degrees BEFORE putting cauliflower crust on it. Makes a prefect pizza, every time!
