These Charcuterie boards are always a crowd pleaser! Your guests will think you spent hours putting it together. I threw this beauty together in 15 min.

  • 2-3 kinds of meats
  • 2-3 kinds of cheeses
  • Spreads (i.e. jalapeno jelly, tapenade)
  • 2-3 kinds of crackers or breads
  • Nuts
  • Pickled goodies
  • Vegetables (i.e. grilled veggies, cherry tomatoes)
  • Fruit (i.e. grapes, strawberries)

Balance is key- sweet, savory, and salty or pickled. To keep costs down, don't buy large packages of meats, go to the deli section and ask for 10-15 extra thin slices of 2-3 different kinds. Then, gather 5 slices into a rose formation around the platter. We would love to hear how yours turned out!

Tip: Home Goods sells these boards for under $40 and they are so worth it but you can use a large cutting board, serving platter or a large cookie sheet. Make sure to balance your color, we eat with our eyes first! Enjoy!
