What I love about Lasagna is how EASY and PERFECT it is for large parties.
Sautee ground beef, onion on med-high heat in a large skillet. Season with SPG, onion powder, & italian seasoning. Set aside. Mix ricotta, 1 C of mozzarella, 1 C of parm, eggs, garlic, basil, & 1 Tbls SPG in a large bowl. Set aside. Grab your large baking dish. Time to assemble!
Layer 1- Scoop of sauce, noodles, ground beef mix, sprinkle mozz + parm.
Next Layer- Noodles, sauce, ALL ricotta mixture
Repeat Layer 1
Top Layer: Noodles, sauce, mozz + parm, sprinkle with dry basil + parsley.
Bake covered for 1 hr at 350. Remove foil and bake until edges are brown. 30-90.
Tip: Make your own mix of SPG in a jar for future use. Equalts Salt + Pepper + Garlic Powder
